A free 20–30 minute call to explore your goals, how I work, and whether we’re a good fit. No obligation.
My approach is psychologically informed coaching: future-focused, goal-oriented, and action driven. While I draw on psychological models and insights, coaching is not the same as therapy or counselling.
Therapy often looks to the past. It supports healing and focuses on mental health and recovery.
Coaching looks to the future. It's about helping you move forward with clarity, structure, and practical tools - so that you can create lasting change.
My coaching practice is grounded in psychology, but it's not a substitute for clinical mental health care.
- Performance coaching targets specific outcomes (e.g., public speaking, influence, time management).
- Developmental coaching builds your inner capacity (mindset, identity, self‑leadership), enabling broader, longer‑term change.
I use an integrative approach and choose the right method at the right time – sometimes you need both.
Coaching works for most people when there’s readiness to reflect and act. Let’s discuss your goals to see if we’re the right fit.
I offer the highest possible level of confidentiality. Everything you share stays between us and is GDPR‑compliant. There are rare exceptions: if I believe there is a risk of serious harm to you or others, or if I’m required by law or court order to disclose. To ensure best practice, I may discuss our work in professional supervision – but never with identifying details. Records are used only for your coaching and then securely destroyed.
